We use leading logistics partners to deliver across India. Depending on City, senziwash shall be delivered at your doorsteps in 3-4 working days post order confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

All order cancellations will be handled as per our Standard Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by senziwash:

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. Cash payment mode orders will be cancelled for non-receipt of cash within 48 hours from the time of placing the order. Cheque payment mode orders will be cancelled if cheque is not deposited or intimation of the same is not given to us within 48 hours from the time of placing the order.

Cancellation by Customer:

An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers.

If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:

  1. If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same
  2. If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.

Please Note that the complete order needs to be cancelled. We do not accept Partial order cancellation requests.

Cancellation charges Rs.100 will be charged after order is completed/shipped.


In order to get a defective item replaced, contact Customer Care via Contact Us within 3 days from the date of delivery. The defective product or part of the product will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately.

Refund And Return Policy

Though it’d break our heart to let you go, we’d be happy to honour your decision to seek a refund if product is delivered in a damaged condition and you don’t want a replacement.

Return Policy

Our aim is to provide the best product service for our customers by delivering only the best in class products. We make sure that all the products being sold by us are completely devoid of any defects through numerous steps of crosschecking and quality control.

While our systems are devised in order to filter the runt of litter out with utmost efficiency, it is sometimes possible that some genuine defects might pass undetected. In such genuine cases, we are more than willing to offer a reliable exchange or return for the product in question.

Definition: ‘Return’ is defined as the action of giving back the item purchased by the customer to the Seller/Senziwash on the Senziwash website. Following situations may arise:

  1. Item was defective
  2. Item was damaged in transit
  3. Products was/ were missing
  4. Wrong item was received

In case you feel Senziwash isn’t for you, please return unopened and sealed pack within 24 hours of receiving the same. We try to make it easier for our customers by placing a proper set of regulations to avoid ambiguity. The exchange and return policy is subject to the following conditions.

In case a return/ replacement request is placed, the product in question is subject to be inspected by our experts to confirm the genuineness of the claim.

If the product in question has sustained damage due to improper use or neglected handling, then it shall not be covered under the policy.

We understand that sometimes damaged merchandize might get delivered to the client because of improper handling during transportation. In such cases, only the damaged products that have been reported within 24 hours of delivery along with a photograph signifying the damage (visual proof) shall be liable to be covered under the policy.

In case of products being purchased under promotional offers, the policy might be overridden by the specific offer policies.

The cost incurred to the company or the courier partner as well as the discount offered would not be reimbursed in case the product is being returned or replaced.

We try to ensure that the pace of our service is swift but there are certain time constraints that must be honoured in case of return or replacement. The general time lapse between the request placement and pickup of the product is up to 3 business days. After the product has been picked, it generally takes up to 7 business days to inspect the product for the genuineness of the claim. Please note that the product should be unused and should be sent back along with original box and invoice to Asterima Nutricare Pvt Ltd.Once the claim has been verified, then the exchange product is relayed from the warehouse. The product delivery time is subject to the pace and policies of the selected courier service.

If the product has been found eligible for the return claim then the amount equitable and eligible to the claims would be credited to you as credits that could be used by the customer for future purchases.

The client is required to scan and email us the copy of the invoice within 7 days of placing the request for return. The request’s verification is subject to the reception of this scanned copy.

Our main aim is to create a better service record through impeccable delivery of good quality items. Customers’ satisfaction is the cornerstone for us and we take great initiative in ensuring that their interests are kept intact through a viable and apt exchange and return policy.

Refund Policy

Return could also result in refund of money in some of the cases.

We encourage the customer to review the listing before making the purchase decision. In case the customer orders a wrong item, Senziwash/seller shall not be entitled to any return/refund.

Refund is provided for only Prepaid Orders not for COD Orders.

Refund will only be processed after a quality check of the product by experts of Senziwash.

Your refund will be initiated by us within 2 business days of receiving the refund request and authorization of the refund.

For both cancelled orders & returned products (due to incomplete sets, incorrect style, wrong sizes, or defective products delivered), the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase. Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 4-8 days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways and external couriers (for cheques).
