HOW TO USE

Remember menstrual cups should be properly washed and sterilized before each cycle

Method 1 – Using Boiled Water

Step 1 – Fill 3/4th of the Senziwash Menstrual Cup Sterilizer with boiled water.

Step 2 – Place the menstrual cup inside the Menstrual Cup Sterilizer and close the lid.

Step 3 – Empty after 5 minutes and let it dry.

Method 2 – Using a Microwave

Step 1 – Place the menstrual cup into the Senziwash Menstrual Cup Sterilizer

Step 2 – Fill 3/4th of the Senziwash Sterilizer with water.

Step 3 – Keep the Senziwash Sterilizer uncovered and place it inside the microwave for 3 minutes.

Step 4 – Take the Senziwash Sterilizer Cup out from the microwave and wait until it cools down.

Step 4 – Once cooled and dry, the menstrual cup is now clean and ready for the next cycle.
