Menstrual cups are a breakthrough product, primarily because they are both safer for women and the planet. On average, a woman uses and disposes of over 16,000 disposable sanitary products in her lifetime, which is a burden on the ecology and environment. Menstrual cups, in contrast, are eco-friendly and they last for 5 to 10 years, making them a cost-effective, sustainable alternative.
Besides being sustainable, its comfort factor is something you cannot miss. You don’t need to cancel your usual itinerary, while on your period anymore. Be it swimming lessons, beach days, or dance classes, the comfort of Truecup ensures that it is a leak-proof way to total period comfort.
Choosing your cup size is the most tricky part! Size depends upon the size of the vagina. And to remind you small size means small capacity so you might need to empty it frequently. The consensus will be to start with a small size for teens and move to a medium once sexually active. After birthing medium or large could be used. Small cups are more comfortable. However, it comes with a rider: small cups in a large patulous vagina might not work as effectively as you wish, since small cups won’t be able to produce vaccum seal mechanism. Please go through the guide. TrueCup is available in 3 sizes – Small (S), Medium (M) & Large (L).
Inserting a menstrual cup is not all that daunting: it’s a fairly easy process, and with practice you become perfect You only need to stay patient and calm.
